Taste Jersey Accreditation

THE INN is delighted to have been awarded a Taste Jersey Accreditation receiving the most prestigious level of Gold Highly Commended for a third consecutive year! These awards are independently assessed through Quality in Tourism using a national benchmarking system. Unlike other food assessment schemes Taste reviews the full dining experience which includes warmth of welcome, cleanliness, hospitality and service, with food being the primary criteria. 
This Taste Jersey award is fantastic news for THE INN and excellent recognition for our Restaurant including Miguel Rodrigues, Restaurant & Bar Manager, Head Chef Henrique Dos Reis and all their incredible staff. Our aim has always been to provide excellent standards at all times, through our choice of dishes, warm ambience and exceptional service and to be rewarded within the Industry, as well as from our happy customers, is very satisfying. 


TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2017 Winner
THE INN is very proud to have received the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award 2017, for the seventh consecutive time.
TripAdvisor is the world's largest travel site and awards highly rated accommodation and restaurants with this accolade only when they consistently achieve outstanding traveller reviews rating four or higher out of five. Only around 10% of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
THE INN’s customers regularly write reviews on the site after their visit - which are all read and replied to - and as TripAdvisor is a very highly regarded influential site read around the world, we are extremely grateful for them taking the time to share their views.


Jersey Enterprise Award

THE INN were honoured to win the Jersey Enterprise Medium Business Award in 2012 which rewards passion and success within the Island community. 
THE INN won the prestigious award from a shortlist of three Jersey businesses in that category and involved submitting a detailed report proving performance levels in all areas and being interviewed by a panel of judges. 
Winning the Jersey Enterprise Award is recognition for all the effort and passion put into THE INN since its inception in 2009 and we hope to continue to be able to share our successes with all our customers who help to make THE INN what it is today.


Visit Britain Breakfast Award

THE INN holds Visit Britain’s Breakfast Award, retained for the eighth year. This award is judged by the UK’s Quality in Tourism body, the assessment service for VisitEngland . Their Breakfast Award recognises quality and choice, with service and hospitality that show staff have gone the extra mile to ensure the breakfast will exceed expectations. Our aim is to provide excellent standards at all times, and The Breakfast Award  proves to us we are more than meeting the expectations of our guests at all levels.


Jersey Customer Service Award

THE INN is very proud that a member of our great Restaurant Team, Tom Otieno, was the winner of the Tourism Award in the 2014 Jersey Customer Service Awards. Tom was nominated by a number of diners and guests for his outstanding service levels - for always being polite and attentive, bringing great fun and a smile to the Restaurant and just sprinkling 'Tom magic' over their day! Well done to Tom and thank you to all who voted for him.

THE INN was delighted to win the Jersey Customer Service Award 2016 in the Food, Drink & Hospitality sector.  The whole team within the Hotel, Restaurant & Bar work together to create a memorable experience for all our guests and diners. Each staff member strives to go the extra mile to exceed customer’s expectations with their friendly service and ‘can do’ attitude and we are very grateful for all the customer votes, enabling us to win this prestigious award.
